Elementele tubulare ale structurii au fost prelucrate pe un echipament de t\u0103iere cu laser de \u00eenalt\u0103 precizie. Toate elementele tubulare au fost dispuse pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 plan\u0103, la nivelul solului, pentru a evalua preliminar pozi\u021bionarea lor relativ\u0103. Fiecare segment tubular a fost supus unui proces de cur\u0103\u021bare mecanic\u0103 pentru \u00eendep\u0103rtarea oxizilor, a impurit\u0103\u021bilor \u0219i a reziduurilor termice rezultate \u00een urma debit\u0103rii laser. Preg\u0103tirea suprafe\u021belor este o condi\u021bie tehnic\u0103 obligatorie pentru ob\u021binerea unei suduri de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate \u0219i f\u0103r\u0103 porozit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Figura <\/strong><strong>3<\/strong><strong>. <\/strong><strong>Preg\u0103tirea suprafe\u021bei \u021bevilor<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Dup\u0103 cur\u0103\u021bare, \u021bevile au fost sudate folosind un gaz protector \u0219i cordoane uniforme pentru a asigura o p\u0103trundere complet\u0103.
